I’m Adrienne (she/her), and I hold a Masters of Art Degree in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a focus in family and gender studies. I have a keen interest in working with individuals and couples, from teens to adults, and from all walks of life, who may be struggling with identity, trauma, life transitions, family/relationship issues, neurodivergence, and general issues related to mental health and well-being.
